More InfoPrepare for a Graduation Ceremony
1. For Sign up and Registration: graduates must show identification cards or passport.
2. Invitation Cards and Graduation Ceremony Booklet: will be distributed on Friday, November 15, 2024.
3. Missing Rehearsals: Graduates who miss the Dressed Rehearsal will not be allowed to participate in the Graduation Ceremony.
4. Dress Code
4.1 Thursday, November 14, 2024.
• Male graduates wear a shirt and dress pants, dark socks and dress shoes.
• Female graduates wear a dress or a skirt (no pants), and dress shoes with heels, not higher than 2 ½ inches.
*Note Please bring caps on Thursday, November 14, 2024. In Rehearsal for all graduates
(05.30- 09.30 pm.)
4.2 Friday, November 15 and Saturday, November 16, 2024.
• Male Doctoral degree and Master degree graduates wear a white shirt, blue necktie, black dress pants, plain black socks and black dress shoes
• Female Doctor degree and Master degree graduates wear a white short-sleeved shirt, a plain blue knee-length skirt (not made of shiny or lacey material), black closed dress shoes with heels not more than 2 ½ inches high, no metal decoration on shoes
• Male graduates wear a white shirt, blue necktie, white dress pants, belt with the University logo buckle, plain black socks and black dress shoes (Black pants are allowed for the Dress Rehearsal)
• Female graduates wear a white short-sleeved shirt that has the University logo on buttons, a University pin, a plain blue knee-length skirt (not made from shiny or lacey material), a belt that has the University logo buckle, black closed dress shoes with heels not more than 2 ½ inches high, no metal decoration on shoes *If the graduate is a government officer, they may wear their government officer’s uniform.
5. Jewelry Only watches are allowed and only on the left wrist.
6. Applause The audience may applaud only after the last graduate receives his or her diploma.
7. Keeping Time Please be punctual to all activities.
8. Prohibited activities Smoking, taking photos, and using communication devices during the
ceremony in the Dr. Boonthong Poocharoen Auditorium.

Group 1 Doctoral Degree, Master Degree graduates, Bachelor's degree of International College (English Communication, International Business Management, Hospitality Industry Management, English, Thai for Communication for Foreigners, Chinese Language and Culture, Japanese Language and Culture, Psychology and Communication Arts)
Group 2 Bachelor's degree of McCormick Faculty of Nursing and Faculty of Law
Group 3 Faculty of Business Administration (Marketing, Management, Hotel and Tourism Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Accountancy), Interdisciplinary Studies College (Digital Business and Financial Technology) Faculty of Pharmacy, Mc Gilvary College of Divinity and College of Music.

Non-Participation in Commencement Ceremony
For graduates who do not wish to participate in the Commencement Ceremony, they may pick up their diplomas at the Registration and Educational Service Office and make a payment of the graduation registration fee, starting from January 6, 2025 on working days. They must show identification to pick up the diploma.
